51);">也不是啊<br  />最近认识的几个建筑师和机电工程师<br  />年薪超过百万<br  />可是一个是早上十点给他打电话他在健身房<br  />一个说，现在的工作基本不怎么加班<br  />太没挑战性<br  />只花了我1/4的脑力<br  />另一个也是年薪百万的<br  />说，干得还挺舒服的<br  />跳槽好难，哪里还能提供一份涨薪三成又不需要太多加班的工作<br  />毕竟要平衡好工作和生活</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">这话真的很拉仇恨</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">也让我觉得无法继续愉快的聊天了<br  />我觉得那些苦逼加班的建筑师听到了只能躲厕所去哭了</span></p><p><span 51);">上阶段建筑圈子里又传出建筑师连续通宵加班吐血暴毙的事情<br  />后来有平台出来澄清，说此事待调查<br  />建筑师们又纷纷感叹身为建筑师特别是底层建筑师的不易<br  />无论此事真假如何<br  />其实真假已然不重要了<br  />加班过度身体抱恙甚至死亡的事情一直都没有断过<br  />只是今年死亡的消息来得更早了一些<br  />似乎年还刚过而已<br  />我的一个设计师朋友问我对这个事情的看法<br  />那个死去的建筑师自己有没有问题<br  />说，如果这个建筑师怎么怎么样<br  />比如好好沟通<br  />比如争取多的设计资源<br  />比如不要那么急脾气<br  />结果会不会不一样<br  />我说，旁观者会说的轻巧<br  />但大多数时候真的身不由己<br  />实在是无奈<br  />为了远方而苟且<br  />有时候以为挺得过去<br  />熬就熬了<br  />如果没有把任务完成<br  />也许真的在公司呆不下去<br  />有时候被惹急了<br  />真的无法疏解<br  />气的胸闷胃疼都是生理的正常反应<br  />在自己没有足够强大的时候<br  />只能委曲求全</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">难得也有匆匆出来打了个照面的</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">扒拉几口饭就回去加班了</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;color: rgb(51, 51);">只知道很忙<br  /><br  />让我想到现在兽医的录取分数线比医生高<br  />医生性价比太低改去做了医药代表<br  />而曾经我们引以为豪的建筑师身份<br  />已经让人不再留恋<br  />当越来越多原来对建筑充满热情的建筑师<br  />现在对这个行业绝望改行了<br  />那我们整个城市的审美怎么办？<br  />我一直觉得<br  />环境，空间的审美非常重要<br  />在一个美好的环境中能让人心情愉悦以善待人<br  />环境的美好最能潜移默化的提高百姓的审美<br  />如果全是浮夸重复机械呆板的盒子们充斥着空间<br  />百姓们会习惯成自然的接受这种审美<br  /><strong>如果身处一线的建筑设计师们全是急功近利<br  />只求快求造价低求浮夸低俗的绘图员<br  />那我们整个城市怎么办？</strong></span></p><p><span 51);"><br  />为社会创造价值是每个建筑师的使命<br  />他设计能力挺强的<br  />同时也擅长和甲方打交道<br  />公司常拿他去对付甲方<br  />他有意向去甲方<br  />他觉得<br  />甲方的审美比乙方更重要<br  /><br  />的确是<br  />大多数的建筑的审美<br  />被甲方决定<br  />大多数的设计的进度<br  />也是甲方决定的<br  />如果热爱建筑，有良好审美的更通情达理善于规划管理的建筑师去了甲方<br  />会不会改善建筑圈的现状呢？<br  />也许好一点点吧<br  /><strong>但不会解决根本的问题<br  />因为甲方的设计管理部门只是一个并不最有发言权的部门<br  />反而是经常背锅的部门</strong><br  />其他的包括销售部，审价部等等<br  />都很大程度影响着设计<br  />而且进度造价各个因素<br  />又与整个时代的急功近利的节奏和心态有关<br  />这，似乎很难有解<br  /><br  />春节后跟一些设计师聊天<br  />问他们的打算<br  />听到的大多数是<br  />想去甲方<br  /><br  />大多数建筑师们现在都很迷茫<br  />不想继续现在没有尊严的生活了<br  />这个时代是怎么了<br  />建筑行业是怎么了<br  />感觉十年前建筑师还是有尊严的<br  />还是对设计有主动权也还是有合理设计进度的<br  />现在似乎真的没什么尊严了<br  /><strong>一遍遍改图，一遍遍无用功，一次次被呵斥<br  />完全没有合理的休息时间<br  />加班通宵没有周末都是常态<br  />听到的经常都是对身体的担忧</strong><br  />死扛和绝望<br  />不知道未来何去何从<br  />很多工作了很多年的建筑师处于骑虎难下的境地<br  />想改行，却不知道自己能做什么<br  />从一个行业的熟手不甘也不敢去另一个行业从头来过<br  />可是继续这样没日没夜的加班<br  />身体迟早game over<br  />所以才会<strong>有那么多的建筑师都在问<br  />有没有甲方的岗位<br  />我想转甲方</strong><br  /><br  /><strong>可是甲方真的好么？</strong><br  />去了甲方的建筑师们说<br  />甲方是围城<br  />外面的人对里面的生活充满期待<br  />翘首以盼<br  />可真正里面的酸甜苦辣<br  />冷暖自知<br  /><br  />我的一个建筑师朋友说<br  />他们的甲方坐在他们公司盯图到凌晨<br  />每天只睡三个小时<br  />也好拼<br  />也有两个建筑师去甲方干了一年多<br  />不适应，只能悻悻的回来继续做设计</span></p><p><span 51);">以前总觉得中国的建筑设计能力与国际水准还差一大截<br  />上阶段和一个BIG的设计师聊<br  />他说，现在BIG里面很多中国设计师担当着重要的角色<br  />这和以前想象中的中国设计师只是绘图和执行<br  />已经今非昔比了<br  /><strong>其实中国真的不缺好的设计师<br  />只是缺少了一个良好的氛围<br  />让设计师真的能静下心来慢慢的做一个设计吧</strong><br  />这几天整个建筑圈都在为马岩松打CALL<br  />建筑师真的是个伟大的让人很有自豪感的职业<br  />离开和放弃<br  />真的很可惜</span></p><p><span
