巴黎和马德里建筑事务所independent architectural diplomacy公布了他们为2015年全非运动会设计的总体规划项目。
pan african games全非运动会是非洲奥委会协会所举办的包括多种体育项目在内的大型运动会，每四年举办一届。今年
的举办城市是刚果首都brazzaville，也是首届全非运动会的举办地，距今已50年，IAD建筑事务所的方案是用蜿蜒的刚果
河曲线来设计建筑的布局，并体现刚果与其它非洲国家首都在地理上的联系。除了体现河流的生命力之外，蜿蜒的建筑
形式还划分了3个主要功能区块，组织了各个公共空间。椭圆形的建筑空间与传统的非洲技术、材质和纺织物相结合；特别
的部落盾牌作为参考，来布置主体育场交叉的混凝土墙面。
